Northern Brain Injury Association Case Management Services

Northern Brain Injury Association case management services combine assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and support for options and services to best meet client and family needs through communication and assistance to access available resources in order to promote maximum independence, and optimal recovery.

Our staff provide case management services to injured persons to help them manage life as they heal. Services are free to those with no ability to pay, because at Northern Brain Injury Association, no one is forgotten.

Case managers provide:
